Our Process
Learn How Fresh Does It

Surface Prep
With any concrete coating job surface prep is always the most important part of the process. Surface prep consist of grinding the concrete down to remove existing coatings and to ensure a good bond between the concrete and the epoxy coating. We will also treat any imperfections in the concrete. Surface prep is finished off with a really good vacuuming.

Base Coat
Base coat is the next step after the surface prep is completed. Our base coat is a MVB epoxy.
Flake
Flake is thrown directly into our MVB base coat. A 100% broadcast of any color flake you can think of is thrown onto the floor.
Once the base coat is cured the excess flake is then scraped, sanded, and vacuumed up.
Top Coat
To finish off our epoxy flake process we end it off with a polyaspartic top coat. A polyaspartic top coat enhances an epoxy flake floor by providing superior durability, UV stability, and chemical resistance. It acts as a protective layer that prevents yellowing over time, ensuring the floor maintains its vibrant color and finish.
Understand Our Products
We use top of the line products that are made in FL. These Products are made to adhere to our extreme climates here in FL.
MVB
MVB (moisture vapor barrier) is one of the most important components of a epoxy coating. What a MVB coating does for your floor is keep the moisture in the concrete from damaging your coating. Without a MVB you run the risk of your coating delaminating, bubbling, and other various issues.
Polyaspartic
Polyaspartic flooring is a high-performance coating known for its rapid curing, durability, and UV resistance, making it ideal for garages, commercial spaces, and industrial settings. Unlike traditional epoxy, polyaspartic coatings provide superior protection against stains, abrasions, and yellowing, ensuring a long-lasting, polished finish with minimal downtime
